Can someone explain to me how this works?
What does it cost? How often do you have to order?
Can you utilize the sales with this?

It's great! You order online, choose your time slot and they bring it.
They have sales circulars broken down by department, so that is one great way to save, just like shopping a regular circular.
They also accept coupons.
They charge 10$ up to 99 and then over 100, it's 6 or 7 for delivery.

They usually have pretty good coupons for free delivery. I'm not sure when they expire but you can try FALLFD1 and FALLFD2.

Yup, we use them ALL the time. You can also save on delivery by picking a time slot that says Save $1, Save $2. They have free shipping coupons from time to time as well.

Those coupon codes do not work for me 
We use peapod every time we shop. Danielle and I just do not have the time to shop anymore and this is a great service. After you make a few purchases with them they will start sending you coupon codes.
The thing I do not like is the sales from Stop and Shop are not always the same as on pea pod but other than that it is a great service.

We use it all the time...
They have pretty much the same stuff they have in the stores and it's so nice to have it come straight to my front door and all I have to do is put it away.
Worth the extra couple of bucks if I don't get a free delivery code.
