There is a company that makes peanut-free baking goods. I found it at Fairway in Plainview. I think it is called Cherrybrook Farms? I could be wrong, but I found it in the organic/nautral foods baking aisle. It is very clearly marked "Peanut-Free."
One of DSs classmates has a bad peanut allergy, so I bake everything peanut free for the holiday and parties that they have for the class.

I believe it is Pillsbury which is peanut free. We had a child w/ tree nut allergies last year & I THINK that was the safe one.

I have a severe peanut allergy in my class and his mom says that Betty Crocker is safe, so we only use that when we bake for the class...At home, we use the Cherrybrook Farms one which I know is peanut free as well and its delicious
