Paypal account question
I have a personal account with Paypal but the rate to Accept a transaction is 4.9% + 0.30. If I upgrade to a Premier account it's only 2.9%. Anyone know anything about this? Does it cost anything to upgrade to a premier account? Is it worth it? Thanks!

I upgraded to the premier account a while ago and I don't remember there being any charge. I say it was worth it. They send you a debit card also, so that you dont have to transfer any money back to your checking and have to wait for your money. You can get your money anytime.
