Hey everyone 
Anyone ever had a problem with Patken? We used them for our wedding (9/10/11) and we are STILL dealing with issues  I was just curious if anyone else had a bad experience with them; and was it resolved to your satisfaction?

I am still waiting for my albums. I got married last June but the albums were only supposed to take two weeks from the time I ok'd them back in October. So I finally called a couple of weeks ago and they were never even sent to production...so they are kind of on my shit list.

YES, I used them back in 2008 and still having issues. PARTLY - my fault for not getting info back to them but the things that I did order, came messed up. I LOVE their pics and quality of the images they took but actually getting the products as well as their office staff is a completely different story. You need to have a lot of patience lol
