Passport Renewal Question
DH and I need to renew our passports. My name has changed since so the website says I need to send in my original marriage certificate. I assume they will send it back right? It makes me so nervous. Has anyone else done this?

Yes, you need to send your marriage licence, not a copy. You'll get it back.

Mine was mailed back to me separately from the passport. I think this is the new procedure.

yeah, you have to send them the original. they will send it back to you...mine came back a couple of days after I received the new passport.
