Party Help Question **ADDED QUESTION**
My mom and I are hosting my sister's baby shower and we hired 2 servers since we are catering the event at a place. Quick question, it's only about 35 people so do you think one server is enough?
I had hosted a party once with 65 people and had 2 servers which was great but I think with so many less people 2 servers might be overkill. What do you think? TIA! 
ETA - Has anyone used the vendor on here (silver spoon I think)? How are there servers?

I think one is fine. I had 2 parties, one with 60 people and one with 80 and the lady I hired was fine.
