Party Favor boxes for children 3 years and under

For my son's first birthday (jungle theme) favors I filled treat boxes with:

- 2 finger puppets
- 6 stickers
- toy clapper
- bag of animal crackers

I wanted to add tootsie roll lollipops but I'm not sure if it is appropriate because the kids age range from 1 1/2 to 3 years old. I would give my son a taste of lollipops but only from my hand so I'm thinking that others would do the same that's why I was thinking of adding them. Do you think I should keep the pops away from the treat box?

The older kids at my party (ages 6-10)are getting bags of candy which includes the lollipops.

jmho---but the pops and stickers should stay out-I think young ones can choke on a sticker.
You can do yogurt bites==whatever they are--I have seen them or snack cups, baby granola bars like the earths best ones too.

I also forgot about some tiny jungle books I bought at Target for $1 each. They have a squeaky jungle animal popping out in the middle of the book. It's really cute. I'll include them and be done with this task. It was fun making them though!
