Parenthood finale (spoilers)

Did anyone watch? I liked the episode but things got tied up too quickly for me....

-saras decision btw mark and ray ramono
-drews abortion
-christina is cancer free
-crosby no longer minds that the gma is bossy pants bc of new baby
-amber is in love and is looking at rings through a window after only getting back with her bf ten mins prior
-the adoption, and the daughter being pist one minute and okay with it the next. very like her mother!

Who thinks sara is going to move and then come running back? she always does.

Everything did go TOO FAST!

What I was most upset about was that now, there are no single child households depicted in the show. I mean first they add the unplanned Nora to the mix, then Julia and Joel can't have a baby so they adopt, then Drew gets his girlfriend pregnant and they abort, and now Crosby is having a second! I wish at least one family was a one child perspective.

Anyway, I didn't really care for Sarah's decision one way or the other but I do think she will follow Hank, at least for a few episodes.

Christina being cancer free happened quick and either they are foreshadowing a relapse or will just have her watch her cancer-friend die instead.

I wish Crosby put the grandmother in her place too. Yes it's true she raised Jabar for 5 years but granted Crosby had NO CLUE he had a son... so how is that fair?!? They keep saying you weren't around but he was never given the chance to be there.

Also Amber looking at rings already is ridiculously dumb. They barely had a relationship to begin with, I thought it was weird how much they were confessing their love for one another. It all seems childish. But Amber always has been, so I guess at least it is true to character. I hope we see more Haddie next season and less Amber.

And the adoption thing... I thought that was never covered well this season. But I guess I'm happy it's tied up now.

I think they always seem to end this season in a nice clean bow because they aren't sure they will be renewed for another season.

I really thought this was the last show ever! They tied everything up in a nice little package. I hope it comes back next season.

I was annoyed at Sara. She was so in love with Marc and she didn't want the relationship to end. Then to all of a sudden want to make things work with Hank? I def did not like that storyline.

Also - I kind of wondered if Drew's girlfriend didn't go through with the abortion and didn't want to tell Drew just in case it held him back from college. Hmmmmmm

I LOVE this show. But I am so disappointed in the way they handled the abortion storyline. We never even got a reaction from Sara. Awful. I also think it's ridiculous how we are supposed to accept her two sentence reply to Mark. That was it? Done? So dumb. I read somewhere that this show isn't taken seriously by critics because they handle too many huge topics at once. I didn't agree with that till now. Too many huge topics handled in an unrealistic way sucks! Too peachy keen all of a sudden.

I can't watch a single episode of this show without sobbing my eyes out.

I hope everything works out with Amber. I like them together.

watched last night (actually caught up on the past 4 episodes )

i wanted Sara back with Marc and i keep believe she let him go ... then when Hank said he was moving i thought to myself see you should have stuck with Marc ... either way i really liek the show and cant wait for next season!

I liked it. I felt like they were prepping it to potentially be a last episode series type finale kind of thing like they always do.

I agree that Sara's decsion was too fast with no background but I'm so happy. I like Hank way better than Mark.

Im glad they at least went back to the abortion. I thought they were just going to drop the whole thing.

I feel like even though Kristina is cancer free it's not the end of it.

I think Crosby is just happy bc he's getting a new baby which he said he's wanted before, I think that's enough for anyone to forget past grievances.

I thought the whole Amber thing is just weird and too fast and needs a whole lot more story.

I don't see anything wrong with the Sydney thing and changing her mind fast, she's what like 6, 7? Most kids do change their minds that fast, I think that;s totally normal

I LOVE parenthood. I just started watching this season, but I guess I was hoping for some sort of cliff hanger. Something to pull me in for next season.

I agree with many of the other posters.

The whole Amber thing moved way to fast and when she was standing outside of his place. I was waiting for the door to open and a girl to pop out.

I wish Sara would have choose Mark. Also sad they didnt show her reactions or anything when Drew went to her about the abortion. I"m now wondering if she didnt go through,, with the abortion.

Then for Christina, I think becoming cancer free so fast is great. But wodnering if she will relapse or will she end of watching her friend battle the disease.
