chatham...how do you know which sites are legit? (besides the obvious ones like eluxury)

I belong to a messagebard dedicated just to handbags. 
DesignerImports has been well-documented seller of fakes on that board.
ETA: DesignerImports also has incorrect names for the colors of some of the Chloe Paddingtons.
