Our beautiful son has arrived- pics in photo album
My son Alexander James arrived on October 5th. I can even explain the overwhelming feeling of love and joy my husband and I are feeling right now for our beautiful new baby boy.
Here's the birth story: I was 9 days past my due date. My baby was very high up and the baby was not fully engaged. I visited the doctor's office on Friday and she said it is time to have your baby. She said she would try to induce with pitocin for a little and there was a small chance I could deliver vaginally, but I most likely would need a c-section. My mom husband, and I went over to the hospital where I was induced with pitocin for a few hours. My doctor said I was getting good contractions and dilating, but the bay just was not moving down. luckily I was not in much pain during the inducing.
So my doctor said I would need to have a c-section. So I had a c-section and delivered my son. Wow a c-section is really rough on the body. I am now recovering at home and enjoying my beautiful son and husband.
