Organic fruits and veggies ?
Hi,
Anyone eating organic food ?
I think some fruits and veggies are safe to eat b/c they have less pesticides or peel away..
anyone have such a list ?

I thought all fruits and veggies were good to eat. If you wash them. BUT if you dont like the pesticides go to an organic farm stand and load up

I just use that special fruit wash. Organic was just too expensive.

I eat regular and wash....heck I'll even use canned fruits since the fresh always goes bad in our house....

It's not thet pesticides that's the most dangerous thing- it's more about the genetic alteration of foods.... it's done a lot with corn.

I am not saying that all fruits and veggies
are not safe to eat but some have more pesicide residue on them....that is why buying organic may be a better choice....
Strawberries and raspberries are highly contaminated with pesticides...better choice to buy organic..
I am eating organic poultry and meats ( all natural , grain fed, no antibiotics)...and drinking organic milk...

Same way in our house. We always have such really good intentions on eating them when we buy them at the supermarket!
