ordering contact lenses on line

where do you order yours from? I usually do 1800-contacts but they just sent me an email saying that they can't get intouch with my eyedoctor to check if my prescription in still valid. My Dr. is in the process of moving offices and I can't get intouch with him either. I need contacts badly! I'm down to my last pair!

What online website do you order yours from and do they check with your Dr. for the prescription?

I get mine from www.visiondirect.com between check-ups
they are affiliated to drugstore.com, very reliable and super fast shipping!

I use www.coastalcontacts.com and yes, they ask for Dr. info.

Last time I used Lensmart they checked also..I think they are cracking down on it. The place I go to was saying that with all the online places, a lot of people were just preordering lenes for too long without getting their vision checked.

I need lenses! I was careless with a few pairs that would have been enough until my next Dr's appt! He's not opening until Dec!
