OPK & Day you ovulate question
Sorry to crash over here...I am a lurker but need some help understanding something...
When using a digital OPK...you get the smiley face and that signals LH surge...but (this is probably silly) what day do you consider your ovulation day? Is it that first day you got the smiley or after...if after...how many days after?
