It's beautiful! It reminds me of the houses in my hood (smaller than mine, but pricier...still a steal!).

its about 40 mins outside Boston without traffic and there is always traffic in boston
but nice house - the prices north of the city are really dropping aroud boston
but if you work in boston you loose the advantage of living in NH no state income tax but pay higher property taxes that MA (percentage wise)
