If you are looking for specific candy or color you may not be successful with Costco. I purchased all the candy for DD's party at economy candy in Manhattan. They also have a website and I found their prices and selection to be the best-Link

I didn't do a very extravagant candy table, so I did costco.
M&Ms
Swedish Fish
Tootsie Pops
Skittles
Twizzlers
Then cupcakes not from costco

The wholesale stores like Costco or Sams Club will carry the bulk candy at a cheap price but if your going for a candy color theme your going to have to buy wholesale online.
