It says that they have a specific section for toddlers...Im going to say that works for a 10 month old..from what I gather its a whole section for the really little people.

My kids love that place. IMO, unless your child is walking and able to do things in each room, there won't be much for such a young baby.

ETA: yes, they have one small area for smaller babies, the first one on the left.

They have a small section gated off for the non crawlers...

I just brought Taylor there last week, she is a crawler. She had fun. IMO, it depends on how crowded it is, she wanted to crawl all over the place (they have a small contained area which seemed to be for crawlers, but she didn't want to be in there that much). I had to really be careful she didnt get run over.
Since it was sort of empty, I was able to push her around in some of the little cars and she loved that
