OMG Trying to make an appointment at Schneiders...
...is freakin IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!! It honestly took me 45 minutes to make my daughter a Neurology appointment. By the time I was transferred, hung up on, reached a none working number, etc...
So after I make the appointment I asked the women what # Im suppose to be dialing...and she said I had the right number!!!!!!
Vent over...Thank you all for listening..

That's funny because I was just venting to DH about Schneiders as well.
My DD had a test done and it took me so long to get through to someone in the GI division for the results. They make it impossible to reach them, so frustrating!
I finally got through and put on hold several times etc. and they still have to call me back.

It is all automated there. They have a central location that makes the appointments for almost all of the offices. It is virtually impossible to call an office directly.

This was just to get through to make an appointment!!! I thought I had the wrong # at first b/c it took so long...
Did you know that "our" doctor speaks several languages? One of them being hebrew?
