OMG-MPIX is driving me crazy!

I get an e-mail from them that if I don't make an order within 14 days, all of my photos will be deleted. I was a little surprised because I use them often, i actually just made special gifts for my brother and SIL back around Thanksgiving. So for the past two days I have been trying to upload pics to their site and it keeps freezing or adding things to my cart that I didn't order--like what's an "express album?"

I Really don't want to lose the pics I have on there...but I am going to go INSANE if these glitches aren't fixed.

Thanks for letting me be crazy over a stupid, insignificant, silly little thing in the larger scheme of life...

I just got that same email from them the other day...so annoying! I did a quick order though and didn't have the same problems. I believe you can order just one print and your account will stay active. Can you just do that for now?

I figured I would order a bunch of pics because I do like their quality and have a lot of recent shots. I didn't expect all of these problems though!
