Okay, so we accepted an offer on our house.
now I am just praying all goes smoothly. And NOW I am panicking that I need to find a new house, AHHH!!! I really thought we would be sitting a lot longer,so haven't been very active about looking. So send all the smooth contract to closing dust ya got, LOL

relax, everything will work out but I do suggest you begin looking at places. Just think, the biggest battle is selling your place first which you have done. Congrats!
