Okay girls, I need a new hair place
So disgusted with the hair place I have been going to. Did not like the attitude they had at the front desk- talking about other clients- and I happen to know the person they were talking about, and they did not make the time in the book to blow out my hair- even though I said to book extra time, they were going to send me out the door with a wet head, not even combed thru!!!! I need a new place, south shore nassau county. I have thick shoulder length curly hair. I get a wash, cut , blow, highlights and low lights. Reasonably priced please!!!! TIA!

Is Seaford too far for you? When I lived there, I used to go to Philip Michael (on Merrick Rd) and loved them. Maureen has curly hair and she really knows what to do with it

I started going to Aura in Bellmore because my place shut down and my guy moved there. I live in NJ but still come to LI to get my hair cut when I can!

HIGHLY recommend Vivian from Bangz (in Bellmore). I've been using her for 6 years and i won't let anyone else near my hair.

Try Salon Nouveau on Merrick Rd in Bellmore. Everyone there is really great- and they are very reasonably priced! I got my hair cut there last week, and its possibly the best cut I have ever gotten!

Aqua in Hewlett... Larry for cut . Perry for color.. The prices are really reasonable for the quality of work you are going to get.
