Okay, another gym membership question!
 Please forgive me! Okay, so if I go with the doctors note excuse, do I make an appointment with the doctor (any kind?????) and tell them I need their help getting out of a membership??? Wouldn't they think I was the most unethical person out there? Would they do it? Has anyone done it? I'm desperate, unless you konw how much it costs to reneg on a gym membership

Years and Years ago when I had joined Lucille Roberts, I went maybe 3 times and wanted out.
My boss at the time was a Chemist so she actually was able to write a letter and it got me out and my refund in full!
It doesnt hurt to ask your doctor if you have a pretty close relationship with him/her. It's really at their discretion.

I had a doctor write me a note years ago- I think they get asked the question all the time- I wouldn't fell unethical about it

I did it....but it was after a car accident...honestly I could have kept going to the gym...but I really hated the gym and this was a good excuse...the doctor could have cared less!
