and I thought I felt silly after BD when I "shimmy" up against the wall - I can't imagine telling DH to move over in bed so I could use that thing...
although - if there were some proven statistics on it's helpfulness....I'd be crazy enough to try it.....

Me personally, I would just use a pillow!
I was buying pre-seed from early pregnancy test. com and they have a blog and one of the community areas had a section that said "helpful sites, ideas, products you have used" and a girl posted a link to that....
