OK, so I'm a total light weight....
I took my 1st muscle relaxer tonight, and I think my mind is mush...
As soon as it kicked in is when I began posting 80's videos... DH is convinced I opened up some forgotten area of my mind where I stored all my 80's memories...
Then there was a point where I was laughing hysterically for 10 minutes...
but when I picked up my stepdaughters Rubic's Cube game that my aunt gave her tonight (some electronic game that is shaped like a rubics cube) put it to my ear, and said "Hello??? Eighties??? Are you there???"
DH said, "I gotta try one of these!!!"
He said he may start watching 70's videos when it kicks in though (he is 10 yrs older than I am!!!  )

You should see me on narcotics. I am totally trashed. They are so strong that I can't take even 1/2 a dose. It makes me too sick.
I had to use Valium once for a medical procedure... OMG I felt I was floating (like I was an astronaute walking on the moon! Really!!).

That's why I don't take anything unless I am in dying pain. I could not even take the percosset in the hospital for the c-section.... It really is that bad!!!!! They gave me a special bracelet so they would not give it to me.
I don't blame you for taking them. With your crazy life... I probably would too!

it's not just you. DH hurt his back yesterday lifting weights and took 1 oxycontin around 10:30 p.m. tonight and started acting VERY weird. He has 14 of them left but probably won't ever take them again after his experience.

oooh - loved oxycotin - I was all about them at the hospital after my c-section!!!
They seem to work well & fast!! DH is scared to take another....although his backpain stopped within 20 minutes
His sister is a nurse and told him that it's "man-made heroin".

HA! After reading all the emails from my friends who are going to my 8th grade reunion- I am totally in 80's mode right now too!
I had a couple of drinks with a friend tonight too. Not the same class as a muscle relaxer but it will have to do
