Is 1 considered a toddler or is she just still a baby

Toddler really  Ugh this is so hard.
OK I am not going to call her a toddler until she starts the T sizes She is still in months' clothing-so she can be a infantoldder you know the way they have tweens now.--- Boy do I need some sleep.

They are toddlers when they start to toddle. I loved when my kids referred to themselves as toddlers. The shoked look on my MIL's face when Maddie yelled "I not a baby, I a toddler!" was priceless.
She's always your baby no matter how old she gets.
