I bought a rocking horse for my goddaughter's first birthday, she was a little small for it, but in like a month and a half she LOVED it because she could reach the foot petals then. I highly recommend this one!

Get the Buddy Quad...My son loves it! Everytime he sees it when he's outside he screams his happy scream. Oh God how he loves it!
Here are some pics of what it looks like...
eta: My son was 9 months old in these pics but the age limit I think is until 3.

Sidenote about the Little People's Farm. Why did they put fuzzy hair on the animals? Do you know what their hair looks like in my house now?

Yeah I think they could have done without the hair. My son is always trying to pull out the sheeps hair...

my brother had one when he was little as well, and we have video of him with a cowboy hat and cowboy boots on riding a rocking horse and having a blast!

I am going to be getting DS a Red Ryder wagon and a tricycle.
My mom is getting him a rocking horse.

I have had my eye on the Leap Frog and Fisher Price Learning table, I think it is good for 6 months and up, but it is something my DD loves at daycare now @ 11 months.

My son also got this Kawasaki rider. He loves hitting the buttons and of them sings so he bounces up and down...LOL
