Ok BTDT moms of Girls...
My baby girl will be here mid Sept. What type of clothes should I be buying for her?
I know from experience now not to buy a lot of newborn stuff so i am going for the 0-3 month stuff for the fall of course. Should i buy here a lot of long sleeves, knit pants etc.?

I'd say for the fall, have lots of layering options. It could be hot or cold in September so you'll probably needs short sleeved onesies, long sleeved onesies, and little jackets, sweatshirts, etc to put over.

I loved the little cotton outfits from Carters. They were soft and interchangeable which make life easy!

I agree Simone...the Carters outfits were good. I also got a lot of the fleece "sweatsuits" w/ the little zippered sweatshirts; get lots of long-sleeved onesies.

The little yoga pants from Children's Place are pretty cute too and very comfy for her to nap in as well. There are lots of coordinating tops there usually too.

DD was due in Sept, but was born in August. She mostly wore short sleeve onesies and light cotton pants (a la carters). It was HOT for awhile, all the way until the end of Sept, but I still kept her in pants.
The day that it started getting slightly chilly, we had long sleeves and sweatshirts/sweaters on.
