Well my question is why is he not suing?? We all know Mr. Cruise will sue any publication that says "lies" about him. This seems to be right up that alley. I find it hard he would just issue a press release saying that it's not true.
Just my opinion.
The other option is that he is so ego driven, that he has his friends place these stories in these magazines to get some publicity.
