Offer question on price
OK here is the deal
3 bdrm home basement...
NEEDS
roof, kitchen do over and bathroom do over (which will be a home depot special by us )
house is 387, 500
what would be your first offer to them?

the area is from 399-600K so def low

I would try 367. Hopefully they will counter.

I was thinking trying 350 first....they can always counter back to that
