OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH
Please take a moment this month and remember those who have lost the battle and those who have won and those who are still fighting the good fight.
Girls, don't neglect you ta-tas! Just because they say that you're first mamogram should be when you are 40 is no reason to actually wait until then... especially when you have a family history of breast cancer. There's no reason you shouldn't be feeling yourself up once a month to check for irregularities... heck!, have you SO do it!

In memory of Aunt Anne who lost her battle in October, 2001.
And also for my mom, a strong survivor, cancer free for over 2.5 years!

i just made my mammogram appt this morning. and i lost my mom to breast cancer. i know how important keeping on top of things are.
