Observation vent
So this is the week that my district administrators decided to start really pushing to get their unannounced observations by the independent evaluator completed...as if this week isn't crazy enough...and it's our first year using the Danielson rubric and we are all panicking about what we need to prepare! Guess there will be no holiday fun, just all new instruction! Ugh!

Ugh...that sounds like such a buzzkill! My students have been checked out since like last Friday! LOL
