Oatmeal Vs. Rice Cereal : Gas related
I did a search and read that most found rice cereal more binding and caused more constipation.
But I am wondering, did anyones DC experience more GAS with the oatmeal as opposed to the rice?

I don't remember oatmeal being gassy in the beginning (now I don't notice a difference) but I did think it was a little rough on her stomach and I found it best to give in the morning.

I did. He only eats the rice cereal. He did not like the oatmeal and he got very gassy from it. Every baby is different.

DS has been on oatmeal i didnt give him rice b/c it can bind him. He is a bit more gassy though. But all in all he loves the oatmeal.
