NYC teachers - GHI
My husband is a NYC teacher and we have GHI... I just got a prescription and want to see if it is covered, where would I find out that information? are prescriptions under something other than GHI?

GHI is the medical coverage...Scripts are through express scripts go on their website

The UFT's welfare fund covers dental, vision and Rx. UFT uses Express Scripts as a provider. (Cheaper to go through them particularly if you have Rxs that you ALWAYS use.) You use this site to order online and they send you refills when needed. MUCH MUCH cheaper than going to CVS or somewhere like that each time.
Go to the UFT welfare Fund site... there is info. on Rx there.

I have GHI and get it through my husband, who is not a teacher, so it may be a little different than yours, but if it is the same, we pay 5.00 for pretty much all prescriptions.
