NYC Hair Stylist?
Anyone have any good recommendations for a hair stylist in NYC - pref Upper East or West side?

There is a place across the street from my job-I work on 56th between 5th and 6th though.

After not having anything done to my hair for 16 years I had trouble trusting anyone else touching it. I have gone to the same salon a couple of times and I walk away just glowing with happiness each time. It's the Ted Gibson Salon. It is on 5th Ave between 22nd and 23rd. I know that it is not in the right area for you, but it is worth the trip. I go to Jason for color and I have had both Koby and Justin for cut. Both are excellent, but if you have curly hair Koby ROCKS!!!

Thanks, Heidla! I just made an appt w/ Justin from Ted Gibson for tomorrow! I found great reviews on City Seach and decided to go for it. A little pricey, but if he's as good as the reviews say he is, then it'll def be worth it!

I know an excellent stylist in Manhattan, but she isnt where you are looking for. She is located in the East Village.
If you are intersted let me know. She is THE BEST EVER.
