Nuts...which are best to eat?
Does anyone know which nuts are best to eat and which to stay away from. I went to Waldbaums yesterday and looked at some. Its amazing the difference in salt some brands/types had.

I think almonds are the best to eat, no salt of course.

Well, all nuts should be eaten RAW in order to reap the most benefits from them. I know my mom is big into nuts and she eats raw cashews. They're very yummy!
