NPR, but if you could say a prayer
My Uncle (not blood,but my moms childhood best friends husband)has been battling cancer of his mouth and neck for sometime now and is very much near the end of his fight. There is nothing anyone can do at this point so please just pray for him to be at peace and that he no longer have to suffer. It all started progressing so quickly all of a sudden. I knew the end was near really because of what some have shared here and I am so sad for my Aunt. They never had children, so she will be alone now. Although she still has her mom and her sister and of course, my mom,but no one could ever come close to replacing the companionship of a spouse. My heart is breaking for her.
Uncle Bob, I'm praying for you to be at peace. I pray that you are no longer feeling any pain. I pray that you pass knowing your wife will be taken care of. Know that you are loved and you will forever be missed.
