NPR: Anyone have less than one cake pop per person?
I'm doing dessert/candy buffet tomorrow. We have a full sheet cake, 7 different types of candy, macaron cookies, meringue cookies and I'm making cake pops. I planned to do a little more than one per person, but I've lost a lot in the process. I used less frosting than I did the last time I made them and they're still so moist.
If no more break, I'll end up with 70-75 and we're expecting 85 adults and few a kids. Is it worth running out for more cake mix or do you think it'll be fine?

I had about 24 pops for 35 people. And I had some left over. No need to have one per person!

For me it was different I had a party of 86 and I had 100 cake pops and all were gone! If it was me I would make more. JMO
