Nothing fits anymore!!!!!!

None of my pants fit at all!!!!!! I am so frustrated because I'm only 5lbs. heavier than what I started at before I was pregnant. I just feel like my butt has gotten bigger and my hips have expanded (which is probably what's making my butt look bigger).

Did anyone's body go back to normal (without excercising?) How long did it take? I was a size 3/4 now I'm a size 6/7...should I buy new pants or wait it out?

At 3 months I was back to my pre-pregnancy weight. However it took until 4 months or so to fit into all of my jeans and pants. No idea why! Chat Icon You'll get there! Chat Icon

Nothing fits me either. I had to buy new clothes the other day because I was tired of wearing yoga pants and t shirts. I'm 4 weeks PP, and haven't lost much. I really need to join the gym.

This is probably the MOST frustrating part of having a baby IMO. All you want afterwards is to be yourself again, but it does take time. I was able to wear my pre-preggo jeans about 2 months-3 months after and they were tight. They fit comfortably at about 4 months PP. Chat Icon

Took me one full year to get back to where I was pre-preggo. I will come off, just give it time.

I have the exact same problem - DD is 4 months and I'm pretty much back at my pre-preg weight but I'm still an entire size bigger (also a sz 6 now). I Don't understand Chat Icon Chat Icon

With my first I lost 20 lbs in the first couple months. By the time I was 6 months postpartum I was 20 lbs below my pre-pregnancy weight. I did a lot of running and the weight fell off.

The only thing is the shape of your body won't be the same no matter what you do IME

Re: Nothing fits anymore!!!!!!

my hips/butt got bigger, but i lost all of the weight (then put some back on 5+ years later). I was also a teenager when i had DD, its hard to take that into consideration when i compare my "then and now" body.
