Night Sweats....
this PG is terrible...I'm cold when I go to bed, I snuggle up, get warm and in the middle of the night....I wake up feeling damp and sweaty.
SO gross....but I don't know what to do about it.

Same thing happends to me, I go to bed cold, then wake up and have to open the windows a little. Hormones!!

At least I know I'm not alone. When I get into bed I am freezing! I even have to sleep with socks on because my feet are frozen. Then, in the middle of the night I wake up sweating and I get anxious that I can't cool down. It drives me nuts! I just keep a glass of water next to my bed and drink a lot. I find it helps cool me down.

Same here then DH gets mad B/C it gets really cold

I sleep with a small fan on me and usually the blankets come off half way through the night... meanwhile DH usually winds up with his blanket and mine.... poor guy
