Newborn shoots- Post your boy props

Im jealous seeing all the little girl props, tutu's, little frilly bottoms


For a boy, what would you use?

I feel the same way!!!..I love the little bear hats(not for july) DH says they are weird! He has no CLUE!

I was JUST doing this!! I emailed my DH a bunch... lemme go find them again and post.

You have to consider the pictures may be taken indoors where there will be air conditioning... that's what I keep telling myself!

I'm having a boy ANY day now... I'll be using mostly what the photographer has... BUT... due to being Valentines day.. (just hopefully he comes BEFORE then LOL) I got little red hearts at Michaels and I'm gonna sprinkle them around him. I also got a nice sized whicker basket to put him in. I saw the post a few days ago about the hammock which is also super cute!

I would suggest going to Michaels closer to July and getting little crafty things to go with the July4th theme.

I also think (since these are all from etsy) there's a good chance they can be made in a lighter weight yarn.

ETA: Since I'm due on July 4, I'm 90% sure I'm going to put a patriotic twist on it, which makes everything acceptable. I think all July babies can get away with that...

I didnt even THINK 4th of July theme and those are so cute, the ones posted.

I found a pic of twins lying down side by side and their names were in BLOCKS along their backs.

its actually on Heather-Forver Fireflies website.

i love that idea...cause they need to be identified!

I did that for G once and DH loved it!

we had a dinosaur hat (from etsy) and a baseball

Most of the vendors on Etsy will knit/crochet stuff in any color you like - most of my stuff is custom made.

If you type in newborn boy photography prop you'll probably find a bunch of cute stuff. I have been on a boy binge these last few weeks......I may have to start sending stuff to my mom's house
