New to this board with questions
Hi there,
I just received my BFP yesterday so it really hasn't sucken in yet. But I feel like I have so many questions. I got the week by week book but I feel like I want to know what exactly to eat and drink (I am such a diet soda drinker). What are some good sites or books to get that speak to exercise, food and drinks.

l get a lot of info on exercise and nutrition from babyfit.com and babycenter.com. Whattoexpect.com has information too.

I love the month by month play of What to Expect When You're Expecting....
Just look around on this board and you will find soooooooooooooooo many posts on what to eat and what not to eat as a preliminary source of info.... But, with that said, speak with your doctor. He/She will give you the best info for you.

Congrats and welcome! 
You'll find lots of different opinions on what to eat and what not to eat. With a few exceptions you can do everything in moderation. I found the book Your Pregnancy Week by Week the most helpful at the beginning. What to Expect I like more now that I'm further along.
