Nevermind I found it!
My friend had the cutest coverup on and she got it at Target. I found it in the clearance section on their website (also went to 2 targets but didn't find it in store) and they only have an XLarge and Large left...I need a small. Is there someway to find this? I looked on Ebay..no luck....just wondering if there is some other way of going about finding it?

Thanks all for your offers to help. I went to my 3rd target today and found a small randomly hanging in the wrong area...so psyched!!

I've had luck calling stores and asking. Even call stores out of state and have them ship it to you. I did this with a coach purse, and with Jcrew flip flops from the factory store. It was no problem.
ETA: and I did this with Lord and Taylor for a cocktail dress and it ended up being $30!

I know I have 4 targets near me and Im always there so I can look out for it and ship it to you. If I found it of course.

If I see it in a Small in a target by me, I can pick it up and ship it to you as well...
I know smalls are hard to come by on clearance racks... they seem to go first all the time!
