As you know we switched my PIO to AM since DH works at night. Well today he is working 7-3. I could probably bring it to work, but it will be later and he is working 7-3 on saturday too. Looks like I have to learn to give it to myself.
Not to mention I am mad at him right now, so kinda want to be able to do it without him anyway.
has anyone self-administered PIO? Any advice? Moral support?

I've never done it, but a lot of girls I know have....especially a lot of the Cornell girls I met b/c many travel from different states and their dh's aren't there for the whole time...
Just twist, grab a hunk and go for it!

 I DID IT!!!!
thanks Lisa- (I think the twist and grab would have been easier with 40 less pounds). But that was so not bad. I think it hurt less than when DH did it.

I had to give myself shots for GD...I used to the ice the area for 10 minutes and that would help with the pain.
