Neighbors dog barks all night
I feel bad for this poor dog and annoyed bc it keeps me up. What do I do?

I wrote a note on the computer and put it in their door handle - something like:
We are all concerned about the health and welfare of your dog. Please take him in when it is cold, especially if he is barking. All the neighbors would appreciate not having to hear the barking all night long.
