Need to freeze some meals..HELP!!

I decided to start freezing some meals/dishes as I am about ready to pop a baby out any minute.

I made a meat sauce and some sausages yesterday, but want to do at least 2-3 other meat dishes. DH can quickly make pasta or rice or a veggie as a side dish when we reheat the stuff.

Any suggestions????

I usually make meatloaf to freeze, taco meat, flank steak, and plain boneless chicken breasts (b/c you can do anything with them!)

Things like stew and chili always freeze great. Also, lasagna. I don't think most cooked meat dishes freeze particularly well.

grilled or breaded cutlets. I've done both...cook 'em, freeze em. They taste FINE.

Anything with a sauce will freeze well...

chicken marsala
chili
meatballs! I make them without sauce and freeze, then when we want them, I warm them up in the sauce on the stove.

Love this Recipe make the sauce and freeze it. DH and I make the recipe all the time and freeze 1/2 the sauce for another meal. Then all you have to do is cook the pasta.

Eggplant Parm freezes well.
Here is a good chicken chili recipe Chicken Chili

Soups freeze well too. DH made this Sausage and Sweet Potato soup it was really good.
