I am a real estate lawyer but at the firm I work at now we only do commercial. I use to work with 2 guys that are great & I would highly recommend them, they do alot of residential closings. There number is 631-264-0600, they are in amityville. Ask for either Todd or Chris and tell them that Corinne sent you. I am not sure what there is fee is but it is at least $950, which includes everything.

I am paying $1100 for mine. Everyone I know whom I asked paid as low as $900 and as high as $5000(<---But this person bought a property that was in the millions ). But $900-1500 is about average from people who have bought recently for "normal price" homes.

We absolutely loved our lawyer. She was recommended by a friend at work whose husband uses her for all of his properties. She was excellent and she is very aggressive. I felt completely at ease that she was representing us. We paid around $1000...I can't remember the exact amount.
