need help losing weight? Well, here's an idea..
squeeze into your tighest pair of jeans 1st thing in the mornign and you will be less likely to pop things in your mouth all day compared to the days when you hang out all day in your sweats! I can barely breathe today, but I am eating smaller portions that I did yesterday when I hung out in my PJ's all day!!

Great advice. As a SAHM I live in sweats. I dread going out and putting on my jeans. But maybe if I did this I wouldn't be sitting here eating Oreos.
