Need Help-I have an appt Fri for cut/color--here is a pic of my hair now....
Any thoughts on a new style? Color?
My highlights have grown out, I have too many grays, and I kinda want to go back to my natural color--but when I've done it in the past, I have not been too happy.
I do not want a cut or color that will require to much maintenance. I do not mind going shorter (just not TOO short) an I am open to color ideas.

Honestly, just cutting a few inches will really lift everything up - a few long layers here and there as well... and just some nice highlights for spring....

I actually like your haircut.
I would just do a single process to cover the gray and even everything out.

I actually just blew it out--while DS was napping.
I seldom make the time to blow out my hair which makes it hard to maintain-when my hair air dries, it looks like c-r-a-p!

Well, this cut was done by a salon in Brooklyn in December! I have not had it cut since-was considering a new style.

Do any of you think I would look too pale or washed out if I went with a darker color-a bit darker than my natural color?
I know it's hard to see my natural color here

I like the cut too, but would go a little shorter, maybe up to your shoulders.
And do a base lifter and subtle highlights. You have beautiful hair and a beautiful face, so you don't need too much!
