Need help changing twins' feeding schedule

I'm hoping other twin mommies can help me out Chat Icon
Chat Icon Chat Icon are just about five months. I need some help tweaking their schedule in hopes they sleep longer stretches at night. Here's a typical day:

7 am - cereal/fruit
8:30ish - bottle
9 am - 11 am - nap
11:30ish - bottle
1:00 pm - 3ish - nap
3:30 pm - bottle
5pm-6:30 pm - nap
6:30 - cereal/fruit
7:30ish - bottle
8pm - bed

They usually wake about 12-1am for a bottle (if one wakes up, we wake the other up to feed) and go back to sleep. However, they are teething, so they are up fussing the remainder of the night (need their pacifier, etc.) I'm wondering how I can change their bottle feedings do that they aren't waking up so late. Any suggestions? Or do I just need to wait out?

I would wake them up again & feed them before you go to bed. This is what we always did. Even if it's not time for them to eat.
Last bottle 7:30 If you go to bed at 10...feed them again
They won't take as much but they will be full & you won't have to get up again at 12:30 ish..

The pacifier is a tough one... make sure there are a few extra floating around in crib so the twins can find them. Hopefully will put in there mouth on there own

Need help changing twins' feeding schedule

I found that by stretching the feedings to every 5 hours, it eliminated the overnight wakeups and it got them used to longer stretches without food for playtime during the day. Maybe they'll eliminate that 3:30 bottle?
My schedule is similar- maybe it will help since they're the same age:

7a- bottle then cereal and fruit
9a- nap
11a- bath and play
12noon- bottle
1-4 nap
4:30p bottle then cereal and fruit
5-7p playtime
7-9p nap
9pm- bottle and bed

They could be in bed for the night at 7 but DH doesn't always get home early and he wants to spend time with them... that last bottle around 9 is sometimes smaller than the others, too.

This is what we did as well. We always woke them, just before we went to bed and did a dream feed.
