Need handyman type

hello,

Hope someone can recommend a handyman for us. This is what I need done:

Pantry built under ths stairs(there is nothing there now.)

Our closet reconfigured into a walk in. The wall would have to be built out and a wall that seperates the closet into 2 seperate closets removed
On the other side of our closet is a guest room that I would like to take a small part of our closet and build a small closet in there since there is none now.

I thought someone had posted their DH was looking for extra work if anyone remembers. Also can anyone guess how much this would cost? I'd also like to get a closet co. in to put in shelves once the construction is done.

FM Samlove, her hubby does handyman stuff. once we can figure out all we need done we plan on calling him.
