Need food ideas for large party

We have had a couple of large parties (about 30-50 people) this year and I always do all the cooking. I feel like I have made all the typical party foods and since the same people come to the parties I am looking for some new main dish ideas for an upcoming party.

for the past few parties here are the main dishes I made:
baked ziti
penne ala vodka
sausage and peppers
mac and cheese
pulled pork
chicken francese
chicken marsala
chicken parm
shrimp scampi with linguine
chicken wings

I am thinking of doing bruschetta stuffed chicken rolls for this party, but can't think of any other new ideas...any suggestions?

I am thinking about doing a fiesta type of menu. Guacamole & chips, then have tortillas and everyone can fill how they'd like. You can make marinated flank steak, chicken, shredded pork, grilled shrimp, refried beans, black beans, corn, rice and salad with a chipotle ranch type of dressing or cilantro lime. Then of course have all the fixins like black olives, sour cream, cheese, onions, etc. Margaritas and sangria! YUM, just made myself hungry lol.
